Honey, yes that is her given name, is a creative and fun Southern lady who puts home sellers at ease when she consults with them on how to stage their houses to sell. Her clients are "wowed" by her creative insight and practical solutions to their presentation dilemmas. In fact, for most of 2008, the sold properties in her portfolio only averaged 15 days on the market!
Honey is a life long native of North Carolina who was raised in Elizabethtown along the beautiful Cape Fear River. She moved to Raleigh in 1983 to attend Meredith College and the Triangle has been her home ever since. Combining her background in Restaurant Management, Special Events Planning and Retail Merchandising she learned to quickly and effectively turn "chaos into calm." Transitioning her talents into Real Estate Staging and Redesign was natural for her as she co-founded Stunning Solutions Interior Redesign and Staging in 2007.
Staging to sell is the most fun for Honey as she loves to help sellers and agents attract buyers. Partnering with agents, who call on her weekly, to perform Walk & Talk Consultations and Full Service Stagings, allows them to focus on their main job - selling. They know that Honey doesn't sell houses, she makes them sell.
